Healing, Growth & Change Are Always Possible, at Any Age or Point in Your Journey

You have the power to choose how your story unfolds and evolves–no matter what came before.

A Holistic and Relational Approach to Therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, down-to-earth, and deeply rooted in compassion. I let myself be human with my clients. We share laughs and connections as we process the realities of being human.

I believe that healing begins with understanding—acknowledging where you’ve been, the choices you’ve made, and the pain you’ve carried—and from there, building a path forward. I’ll guide the process, but we’ll go at your pace. Along the way, we’ll share laughter, explore your humanness, and work through the complexities of being a woman in today’s world—one step at a time.

Therapy is a collaborative process where we’ll explore:

Relational Healing

The relationship you have with yourself sets the tone for every other connection in your life. Together, we’ll strengthen this foundational bond.

Your Strengths and Choices

You have the power to create a life that feels authentic and fulfilling. Therapy is about embracing that power, honoring your needs, and setting boundaries that support your well-being.

The Whole Picture of Your Life

Identifying what parts of your story are stuck in the past and which ones no longer serve you. Understanding your history can empower you to make choices that align with your present self and values.

The Importance of
Holistic Care

Physical

Your relationship with your body, health, the natural world, and our mortality.

Social

Your relationships, sense of belonging, and connection to others.

Personal

Understanding identity, self-awareness, and autonomy, and making choices that feel true to yourself.

Spiritual

Exploring what gives your life meaning and purpose.

Change affects every part of life, so I focus on holistic care that looks at the whole picture. Existential therapy helps you reflect on four interconnected dimensions.

Our Work Together

Therapy with me is a soft, warm place to land. You can bring anything and everything you’re carrying. Together, we will:

  • Embrace your full range of emotions, not just the ones society approves of.

  • Replace “shoulds” with choices that feel right for you.

  • Reclaim your voice and use it to set boundaries that feel empowering.

  • Explore how to live a life filled with purpose, love, and happiness.

My Values

Section Styles bg-left

  • I deeply believe that honesty, transparency, consistency, and reliability are key to building trust within therapy. This trust creates a space where you feel seen and heard and can open up, explore vulnerabilities, and engage in the transformative process of therapy with a sense of courage and authenticity.

  • As your therapist, I’ll encourage you to come as your whole self. I’ll also show up with openness as my genuine self and create a space where you feel safe to do the same. I’ll help you explore what authenticity looks like in your own life and how embracing it can deepen your relationships, strengthen your sense of self, and empower your choices.

  • We are always becoming and can embrace life’s challenges as opportunities to evolve. In therapy, growth means seeing every challenge as a chance to learn, heal, and thrive. We don’t dismiss pain. Instead, we make space to explore and feel it, while uncovering new perspectives and meaning in the midst of it. This focus on growth empowers you to recognize your resilience and redefine your story.

  • Healing is a deeply personal journey that thrives on curiosity and innovation. Creativity unlocks new perspectives, helping you engage with emotions and experiences meaningfully. I use creativity to personalize therapy for you and help you explore your strengths and experiences in new ways.

  • Authentic connection is the foundation of healing. It creates space for understanding, compassion, and growth. In therapy, I focus on building a trusting, respectful bond with you that supports all of our work together. We’ll nurture your connection to yourself and help you strengthen your relationships with others, transforming how you engage with the world.

  • Honoring your unique lived experiences and complex identity is central to how I approach therapy. I tailor treatment to your cultural and personal context so that you feel valued and understood. I believe that when all the parts of you are honored and welcomed, you can build deeper connections and make more meaningful progress on your therapeutic journey.

How does change transform us?

Change often shows up like an uninvited guest—disruptive, unsettling, and hard to ignore.

It might be triggered by a big life event like immigrating, losing someone you care about, or going through a personal crisis. Sometimes, it’s simply a quiet feeling that life could be more fulfilling. Whatever the cause, change forces you to face things you may have avoided and rethink what really matters.

existential change is about:

Stepping into the unknown, looking deeper at your life, and deciding how to move forward. No wonder it feels so hard! Change stirs up fear of the unfamiliar, sadness for what’s been left behind, and the weight of making new choices. But within this struggle is a chance to grow in ways you hadn’t thought possible.

If you can resist the urge to rush back to old routines or quick fixes, change can be an opportunity to refocus your life on what’s most important to you. It’s a chance to reassess your values, explore new directions, and move toward a life that feels more genuine and meaningful. Over time, facing change in this way can help you build a sense of openness and flexibility—a willingness to keep growing and adapting instead of avoiding life’s shifts.

Modalities

Existential Therapy

Invites you to reflect on life’s deepest questions—about meaning, purpose, and choice—while navigating the challenges and paradoxes of being human.

This approach helps you take stock of where you are, what you value, and how your beliefs shape your understanding of the world. Together, we’ll explore how past experiences inform your present, identify what truly matters to you, and chart a path forward with clarity and intention.

The goal isn’t to find a single “true self,” because identity is always evolving—shaped by relationships, experiences, and choices. Instead, we’ll work toward authenticity, which means engaging with life’s limitations and possibilities while responding with self-awareness and agency. This process empowers you to face uncertainties, expand your perspective, and embrace your capacity to create meaning, even in the face of life’s contradictions.

As we explore your assumptions, values, and aspirations, I’ll help guide and support you through the murky waters of self-discovery. Together, we’ll uncover new ways of being and communicating—helping you connect, be honest with yourself, face life’s challenges, and find your purpose.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Sessions are 50 to 90 minutes, depending on your needs.

  • Yes, I offer a sliding scale and packages to make therapy more accessible for everyone. A sliding scale is a reduced therapy rate based on evidence of need and availability.

Therapy packages are a set amount of sessions that you pay for together which then reduces the price per session.

Please inquire about sliding scale availability and therapy packages during your free consultation. We’ll discuss fees in a way that ensures you feel comfortable and supported. I aim to work with you to find a fee structure that meets your needs while allowing for the valuable time and care I provide.

  • My practice does not currently take insurance for services. In Switzerland, policies around mental health reimbursement can be quite strict, and coverage varies significantly between insurance providers. Some companies may offer partial or full reimbursement for counseling services, so I recommend checking with your insurance regarding your policy's coverage for mental health services.

Insurance companies require that a diagnosis be given for them to cover therapy. By not working directly with insurance, I can prioritize your unique needs over external constraints. This allows me to create a therapy experience that is flexible, personalized, and entirely focused on your goals—without limitations on session length, frequency, or treatment approach.

  • I have the joy and privilege of working with individuals from all over the world, who now call Switzerland home. Some of my clients are expats who primarily speak English, while other clients speak English as their second, third, or fourth language!

  • My practice is centered on women’s experiences, but I warmly welcome men who are exploring connection to the feminine—whether within themselves, in relationships, or in life transitions. I have worked with many men and deeply value supporting those on this path. If this resonates with you, I’d be happy to explore if we’re a good fit.
