Life doesn’t come with a roadmap, and sometimes, it can feel like you’re navigating a storm without a compass. It’s okay to feel lost or disconnected—that’s where I can help.
I know how isolating it can feel when you lose sight of yourself in the noise of life’s demands. My role is to help you find your way back to who you are and what truly matters to you. I provide a space where you can slow down, reflect, and reconnect with who you are at your core beneath the layers of expectation, responsibility, and past pain.
I’m a therapist based in Lutry, Switzerland, providing therapy for anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, ADHD, Autism, major life changes, and more. Many women I work with find themselves at a crossroads. They’re grappling with self-doubt, low self-esteem, or the weight of expectations. They come to me feeling disconnected—struggling to prioritize their needs, set boundaries, or step out of roles that no longer serve them.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and deeply affirming of your unique identity and experiences.
Together, we’ll explore your emotions, patterns, and goals with curiosity and care. Whether you’re adjusting to life in Switzerland, navigating a career change, or rediscovering yourself, I’ll help you find your voice, embrace your choices, and create a life that truly feels like your own.

A Bit About Me
outside of therapy
At heart, I’m someone who cherishes the little moments that make life meaningful. Whether it’s the peace of an early morning with a warm cup of matcha, the happiness of deep belly laughs, or the creativity of making spaces feel welcoming and full of life, I try to find whimsy in the everyday. I also deeply care and love the people in my life and want them to feel seen and known by me.
Like many of the women I work with, I’m on my own journey of letting go of perfectionism and people-pleasing to build a life that feels authentic and fulfilling. That journey has deepened my understanding of how complex and beautiful personal growth can be, which is why being a therapist means so much to me. Helping women uncover what truly makes them happy and supporting them in creating lives they love is a privilege I never take for granted. It’s truly an honor each time I get to be part of that journey in someone’s life.
The Mission of My Practice
At the heart of my practice is a commitment to helping women break free from cycles of self-abandonment, silence, and shame. My mission is to provide a compassionate, empowering space where you can deeply reconnect with yourself, others, and the world around you.
I believe that every woman deserves to feel seen, heard, and valued—not just for what she does or gives, but for who she is at her core. Your worth is not tied to your to-do list, your role, or anyone else’s expectations—it’s inherent, and I’m here to help you reclaim it. My approach centers on fostering resilience, self-compassion, and authenticity so you can show up in your life with intention and confidence.
“To create a world where women feel deeply connected to themselves, empowered in their choices, and supported in their healing, nurturing lives of authenticity, love, and meaningful connection.”
What to Expect When Working Together
Therapy should feel like a conversation with someone who truly sees and hears you. My approach is rooted in creating a welcoming, nonjudgmental space where you can show up as you are. I provide trauma-informed and neurodivergent-affirming care that honors your unique identity and experiences. All of you is welcome and supported here.

A Place you don’t have to
hold it all together
I’ve always been drawn to the work of helping people find meaning and healing in their lives. Before becoming a therapist, I saw firsthand how the pressures of "holding it all together" can take a toll, especially on us women. I care deeply about creating a space where you don’t have to be perfect, have it all together, or even know where to start. Here, it’s okay to let your guard down and simply be.
