    There are very few exceptions to this rule, such as imminent harm to yourself or others, which I will explain in our first session. Your trust and privacy are of utmost importance, ensuring a safe and secure environment for your therapeutic journey.

  • As a counselor, I do not prescribe medication. My approach focuses on talk therapy, where we explore your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors to facilitate healing and growth.

    However, I understand that in some cases, medication can be an important part of treatment. If during our sessions we find that medication might be beneficial, I can provide a referral to a trusted psychiatrist who can assess your needs and consider this option.
